1) The Premium Customer Card is only meant to identify customers, giving them the right to enjoy all the benefits of the Premium Customer Card program.
2) The Premium Customer Card is accepted in all Tricana stores.
3) Tricana reserves the right to decide the campaigns and advantages associated with the card and to establish its rules of operation.
4) Tricana reserves the right to cancel, change or replace the conditions offered to customers, and must communicate them in advance to the cardholders.
5) Discounts and other advantages are fixed, and there is no accumulation system. There may be additional campaigns unique to Premium Card holders.
6) In order to benefit from all the advantages of Tricana products and services, the Premium Customer Card must be presented at the time of purchase at one of the Tricana affiliated stores.
7) The use or loss of the card is the responsibility of the cardholder, Tricana is not responsible for theft or loss of the card. In case of loss, the holder can communicate what happened and send the request for duplicate of the card through the following e-mail: cliente@tricana.pt.
8) Tricana may send additional information about products, services, additional campaigns exclusive to cardholders and possible changes to the advantages program via email or by mail to the card holder.
